Pierre-Édouard Bellemare Turns The Canadiens Into Little Orange Cones

The Vegas Golden Knights have surprisingly emerged as one of the NHL’s more fun teams in the opening portion of the season, and winger Pierre-Édouard Bellemare gave them another great moment in the first period tonight against Montreal. Bellemare started with his back to the net, spun away from one defender, then went between the legs of poor Jeff Petry. He finished off the sequence with a little move to his left away from Joe Morrow that let him slip the puck past Charlie Lindgren. That’d be fairly impressive handling on empty ice, let alone with moving dudes waving sticks at him.
